Our coolers are made from rotationally-molded high-density linear polyethylene (LDPE) plastic, ensuring even wall thickness for optimal durability.
Thermal Properties: All of our hard-sided coolers are pressure injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam for superior cooling. Ecomate foam offers excellent insulation, with no global warming or ozone depletion potential, and is free from VOCs.
LID GASKET: A cooler is only as good as its lid. Grizzly Cooler lids are sealed with a rubber gasket to keep cold air trapped inside, even in the hottest temperatures. This helps extend the life of ice and keeps your items colder, fresher, and longer. Dry goods trays are sold separately.
Certified Bear-Resistant: All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC Certified Bear-Resistant. Each cooler features two lock holes for added security, protecting your contents from bears and other potential threats.
