Coolers Made from Durable Rotomolded LLDPE Plastic

Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded high-density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic. This material ensures even wall thicknesses, making each cooler exceptionally durable and long-lasting.

Thermal Properties for Optimal Cooling

All hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam. This premium foam provides top-notch thermal insulation, delivering maximum cooling and maintaining cold temperatures for longer. Ecomate polyurethane foam has no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and is free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Secure Lid Design

Our lids are sealed with a rubber gasket, trapping cold air inside and preserving the cold temperature for as long as possible. This helps extend the life of your ice, keeping your contents cold and fresh. Please note that a dry goods tray is sold separately.

Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) Certification

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC Certified Bear-Resistant. These coolers meet strict standards for bear resistance and come with two lock holes to ensure your cooler remains secure and your contents are protected.
